5 Florida DCs publish Building a Healthier Florida

With the help of a FY14 ULI Innovation Grant, the five Florida District Councils held Building Healthy Places (BHP) workshops across the state, culminating in a publication named Building a Healthier Florida. The publication, available online at http://florida.uli.org/wp-content/uploads/sites/66/2012/06/ULI-BHP-Report-FINAL.pdf, highlights very different places and challenges in each district council suggesting BHP criteria and strategies to improve the built environment. YL’s get first look at Tampa’s Hottest Projects

On May 8, ULI Tampa Bay Young Leaders Group hosted a bus tour showcasing downtown Tampa’s hottest projects. The tour had 45 participants from all facets of the real estate industry.
