Sustainability Initiative

The ULI Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance is dedicated to creating healthy, resilient, and high performance communities around the world. Through the work of its Greenprint and Urban Resilience programs, the Center provides leadership and support to land use professionals to invest in energy performance and portfolio resilience while reducing risks due to a changing climate.

ULI Tampa Bay's Sustainability Initiative for ULI members aims to create a network of thought leaders who take action on these important issues.

Sustainability Initiative

ULI Tampa Bay’s Sustainability Initiative aims to make the business case for, promote understanding and foster action by the real estate industry for creating more sustainable buildings and communities that are resilient, healthy, and high performing. This initiative will offer participants an opportunity to actively further ULI’s mission and to create peer networks to contribute to the understanding of sustainability issues.

A key program of this Initiative is ULI Tampa Bay’s recently released report titled: Realizing Resilience, a report that delivers recommendations to the City of St. Petersburg on improving climate resilience. Find out more information at this link.

This local initiative draws on the research and programs originating in the Urban Land Institute’s Center for Sustainability and Economic Performance.
