David Jae and Amy Long are the new Co-Chairs of the ULI Tampa Bay Young Leader Group.
David is a Tampa native growing up in the Carrollwood area and graduating from Jesuit High School in 2005. He attended Southern Methodist University in Dallas, graduating in 2009 with a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance. For the past seven years, David has worked for Lerner Real Estate Advisors, a real estate advisory business focused on distressed workouts for institutional investors. As Co-Chair of ULI’s Young Leader Committee, David is excited to continue the Young Leader Breakfast meetings series and introduce future philanthropy events.
Amy grew up in Jensen Beach, on the east coast of Florida. She graduated from the University of Florida with a Bachelor of Science in Sustainability and the Built Environment and a Master of Arts in Urban and Regional Planning. In 2011, she moved to Tampa to begin her career as an environmental consultant at SCS Engineers. Brownfields redevelopment is her passion. As Co-Chair of ULI’s Young Leader Committee, Amy is excited to plan events presenting new redevelopments.
