Building Resilience at ULI Tampa Bay!
About ULI Tampa Bay
ULI Tampa Bay is a District Council of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) serving seven counties including Hillsborough, Pinellas, Pasco, Manatee, Sarasota, Hernando and Citrus. As the preeminent, multidisciplinary real estate forum, ULI is a nonprofit education and research group supported by its diverse, expert membership base. The Tampa Bay District Council, with over 600 members, is dedicated to advancing Urban Land Institute’s mission in shaping the future of the built environment for transformative impact in communities worldwide. ULI Tampa Bay advances ULI’s global mission by bringing the Institute’s best practices in leadership development to the area. We also advance the industry by providing opportunities for members to further their careers by networking with other real estate and urban development professionals.
ULI Tampa Bay provides a unique opportunity to strengthen relationships between the public and private sectors, particularly through our Housing, Placemaking, and Mixed-Use Local Product Councils. ULI Tampa Bay is the only District Council in the state of Florida that offers members the opportunity to participate in regional Product Councils and advance industry goals on a local level.
ULI Tampa Bay also provides members and the region at large with valuable educational and informational resources, and research opportunities that transform the Tampa Bay area. TAPs (local Technical Assistance Panels) and ASPs (national Advisory Service Panels) are two of the ways we demonstrate our dedication to our community, play an integral role in land use practice, and serve as an impartial thought leader for the industry.
