-ULI Tampa Bay Staff
Tampa Bay has long been a breeding ground for America’s top athletes and teams. A reputation for producing champions has translated into strong demand for sports-performance oriented development from communities, healthcare providers, and sporting organizations alike. Communities across the bay are increasingly realizing the benefit that sport-oriented development can have for economic development, land use, and sense of place.
The list of world-renowned facilities is ever expanding and includes IMG Academy, Premier Soccer, Benderson Park, Florida Hospital Center Ice, Saddlebrook, and the recently announced plans to develop a $44 million multi-use tourism sports facility in Wesley Chapel … not to mention facilities for baseball’s infamous Grapefruit League.
Please join us on Thursday, November 2nd to hear from a panel of public and private sector experts as they discuss sports-performance sector trends and the critical components behind creating successful sports-oriented development.
