After years out of the spotlight, the global industrial sector is one of the hottest asset classes in real estate today.

E-commerce has brought industrial into the 21st century and technology has become more sophisticated in today’s industrial offerings. Industrial has evolved from old manufacturing or distribution warehouses to a product that incorporates significant design and where location is more important than ever. As a result of the increasing customer demand for quick, efficient deliveries, efforts to improve the most important step in the delivery process or “last mile” of distribution are on-going.

Experts will discuss national and regional trends in logistics real estate, answering the ever-evolving question: What does today’s industrial look like? Topics will include location, development and design of fulfillment centers and supply chain economics.

Speakers:

  • Julia Silva Rettig | Senior Director, Cushman & Wakefield
  • Denver Glazier | SVP Investment Officer – East Region, Prologis
  • Gerard Keating | CEO, Keating Resources
  • Moderated by: Lyle Fogarty | Managing Partner, Clover Investment Properties
