Explore emotional intelligence through a framework of what, why and how. This will be an interactive discussion where participants will begin to recognize the impact of emotional intelligence personally and professionally. Participants will:
- Clearly understand the impact of self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management upon personal and interpersonal effectiveness
- Recognize the impact of emotion on decision making
- Discuss the confidence gap between men and women and how that impacts success
- Reflect upon individual development and explore opportunities for development
