ULI Tampa Bay NEXT is a distinct affinity group where mid-career leaders from 35 to 50 years old can engage around topics that impact their businesses, develop professionally, and gain a deeper understanding of the community in which they live.

NEXT Events

The ULI Tampa Bay’s NEXT is part of a global ULI network engaging and supporting industry professionals, 35 years old and above, who are in transition from mid-career to senior leadership within their organizations.

NEXT offers a platform for:

  • Networking and knowledge sharing
  • Developing both industry best practices and individual leadership skills
  • Assuring career success

Our NEXT Steering Committee will provide programming for networking events, panel discussions, and specialized tours.

Leadership:

The Co-Chairs of  NEXT are responsible for representing the interests of NEXT and advancing the mission of ULI. The Chairs participate on the District Council Executive Board and support and celebrate the efforts of the ULI NEXT members.

Tiffany Woods, NEXT Co-Chair

Tiffany Woods serves as Bromley’s Director of Development in Tampa. She has over 18 years of commercial construction and real estate project management experience with a focus on mixed-use high rise multifamily and hospitality ground up construction, corporate office interiors, warehouse and industrial, capital improvements, large scale restaurant renovations, and high-end retail interior buildouts, all on a national scale. Her vast and well-rounded background equips her with the necessary tools to lead and manage an efficient and successful project.

At Bromley, she is currently overseeing the construction of Phase 2 of Midtown Tampa, a 17-story office tower and 7-story parking garage expansion, along with a variety of other retail projects. She is a key member of the development team, working closely with Bromley’s development partner, TECO, and managing the contractors, budget, and schedule.

She received dual degrees, Bachelor of Architecture and BS in Environmental Design, from Ball State University in Indiana, where she was born in raised. Tiffany relocated to the Tampa Bay area in 2010 and has cultivated numerous relationships with design professionals, contractors, vendors, and consultants through a variety of local networking organizations.

Neil Khant, NEXT Co-Chair

Neil is the lead at NRK Real Estate Advisors, LLC, a full service brokerage firm that specializes in medical and professional real estate development throughout the state of Florida with numerous clients from the fields of medicine. His real estate company includes tenant, landlord, buyer, and seller representation, among others. Principal and Licensed Real Estate Broker, Neil Khant, started the company in 2014. He is a member of the Florida Gulf Coast Commercial Association of Realtors (FGCAR), Real Estate Investment Council (REIC), Urban Land Institute (ULI), Society Of Real Estate Professionals (SOREP) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM), Corenet. He was also on the board of the Indo-US Chamber (Vice-President) and CCIM.
