The ULI Tampa Bay’s WLI is part of a global ULI network promoting the advancement of women in real estate and development.

Our Objectives:

• Promote the advancement and increase the visibility of women, throughout their careers, as leaders in the real estate industry.
• Increase the number of women who are active ULI Tampa Bay members.
• Support the development of young women members as leaders at ULI and their professions.
• Increase the number of women participating on panels and as speakers and moderators at ULI Tampa Bay events.

Our WLI has provided programming for the March StimULIs, networking events, specialized tours, and helped women navigate within ULI.

Leadership:

The Co-Chairs of  WLI are responsible for representing the interests of WLI and advancing the mission of ULI within the WLI platform of activities. The Chairs participate on the District Council Executive Board and support and celebrate the efforts of the various WLI committees.

Anne Pollack, WLI Co-Chair

Anne Pollack is Senior Counsel at Trenam Law.  She is a trusted and accomplished Florida attorney who understands the nuances of Florida real estate and land use law and the complexities of the zoning and permitting processes throughout the state. Over more than 20 years she has leveraged her knowledge to become an authority on acquiring development approvals and entitlements for real estate projects of all types and sizes across Florida, and in representing clients in connection with the sale, acquisition and development of real estate.

Anne is currently on the Executive Board of ULI Tampa Bay and is Co-Chair of its Women’s Leadership Initiative. In addition to her involvement in ULI, she is Treasurer of Real Estate Investment Council – Tampa and on the Executive Boards of the St. Petersburg Chamber of Commerce and Creative Clay, a local non-profit. She is also Vice Chair of the Insurance and Surety Committee of the Florida Bar Real Property Probate and Trust Law Section.

Kaitlyn Grunenberg, WLI Co-Chair

Kaitlyn Grunenberg is Vice President of Operations at C-Cubed Commercial Construction in St. Petersburg. She started her career in Rhode Island and quickly a Construction company moved her to Florida after college, then to New York, Maryland, and landing back to Florida. Kaitlyn has more than 13 years of experience in the commercial, healthcare, and multifamily construction industry; where she is skilled in overseeing multi-million dollar projects, tenant build outs, client and subcontractor relations, and overall project management.
