The City of New Port Richey engaged ULI Tampa Bay to provide technical assistance via it’s Advisory Services Program on improving the image and quality of the City’s residential neighborhoods, particularly through City-wide recommendations on design, policies, programs, and partnerships that can transform areas that experience deteriorated conditions or blight.
