- READ: Ending Racial Inequality Could Add $5 Trillion to U.S. GDP.: Citi Group recently published an eye-opening report on racial inequality in the U.S. The bank’s report outlines four main racial gaps that confront many Black Americans: wages, education, housing and investment. [Time: 10 minutes]
- READ: Tampa Bay has major racial disparities in wages: A recent report from the Tampa Bay Partnership found the bay area has disparities among white and Black workers in both wages and homeownership, among other categories. [Time: 10 minutes]

- READ + WATCH The devaluation of assets in black neighborhoods: Through the prism of the real estate market and homeownership in black neighborhoods, this report attempts to address the question: What is the cost of racial bias? This report seeks to understand how much money majority-black communities are losing in the housing market stemming from racial bias, finding that owner-occupied homes in black neighborhoods are undervalued by $48,000 per home on average, amounting to $156 billion in cumulative losses.
