Join the Young Leaders Group at the AER Tampa Hard Hat Tour & Happy Hour on Wednesday, March 20, 2024!
The tours will be from 4:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. with a Happy Hour to follow at Four Green Fields (Curtis Hixon location), which is a short walk away at 702 N Ashley Dr, Tampa, FL 33602. This hard hat walking tour will feature the AER Tampa apartment complex developed by American Land Ventures and Gazit Horizons, constructed by Coastal Construction, and designed by CUBE 3. With this approximately 1-acre a site, this will turn into a 334 unit luxury mulifamily tower with 13,800 square feet of ground floor retail, 514 space parking garage, and a 20,000 sq ft resort-style pool!
